Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of ￥3,000 (excluding tax) will be charged for cancellations made after the 3-day deadline. We appreciate your understanding.
Late Arrivals
In the event you are unable to arrive for your appointment, or arrive more than 20 minutes late, we regret that your appointment will be cancelled and ask for your kind understanding that the cancellation fee will apply.
